Day 01

Destination: Colombo    Drive: Approximately 1 Hour (35 km)

On arrival in Sri Lanka you will be met and assisted by our Airport Representative, who will direct you to your very own Chauffeur who will transfer you to Colombo, the commercial capital of the country.
Once you check in at your hotel relax and recover from any jet lag. If you have spare time your chauffeur will introduce you to the sights and sounds of Colombo.

Day 02

Destination: Anuradhapura      Drive: Approximately 5 Hours (206 km)

The former capital city of Sri lanka Anuradhapura won’t be ever missed by the travelers who admire great history and cultures. One of the world heritage sites, Anuradhapura dates back to the 5th century to be found. A wide range of destinations including monastic buildings, pleasure gardens, dagobas and ponds can be explored.

Destination: Habarana      Drive: Approximately 1 ½ hours (58 km)

Afterwards leave for Habarana. This is a small village providing superb accommodation services for the travelers. The evening can be spent leisurely as you wish.

Day 03

Destination: Sigiriya      Drive: Approximately ½ an Hour (25 km)

The day is reserved to climb the citadel of Sigiriya or the Sigiriya rock fortress. The fortress in surrounded by the remains of a city complex with gardens, defensive structures, fountains, reservoirs and number of brick buildings. The lion mount or the Singha Pada is an impressive feature which you may find steadily. . The famous frescoes painted on the walls of the rock are reminiscent of the Ajantha caves in india.

Destination: Polonnaruwa      Drive: Approximately 1 ½ Hours (67 km)

After that head to Polonnaruwa, the ancient capital of Sri lanka in 11th century. Further the city of Polonnaruwa was declared as a UNESCO world heritage site and recommended for history lovers.

Day 04

Destination: Dambulla     Drive: Approximately ½ Hour (25km)

The world heritage site, Dambulla cave temple is a splendor to Sri lanka. Thus it is the largest persisting cave temple built on a 600 feet high rock in Sri lanka. You will find nearly 80 documented caves in the area. It is evident that the caves were used as a prehistoric dwelling place before the arrival of Buddhism to sri lanka

Destination: Kandy     Drive: Approximately 2 ½ Hour (75km)

On your way to Kandy via Matale, visit a spice and herbal garden. Worship the sacred and most valuable treasures of Sri lanka, the temple of Tooth relic. Stimulating you to visit more tremendous sites is the Kandyan Cultural show at the Kandyan Arts & Cultural Centre which can be visited in the evening. Moreover the cultural show conducted by the traditional Sri lankan dancers and drummers is proved to be fascinating.

Day 05

Destination: Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage      Drive: Approximately 1 ½ Hours (50km)

You are indulged to visit the Elephant orphanage at Pinnawela. The orphanage has initiated to treat and look after the orphaned baby elephants, patriarchs and adult wild elephants that missed love, care and protection.

Destination: Ratnapura     Drive: Approximately 4 Hours (115km)

Continue your tour to Ratnapura, where the world’s finest gems underneath the surface of the earth.

Day 06

Destination: Sinharaja      Drive: Approximately 1 ½ Hours (60km)

Acquire your breakfast and begin your day with a trip for the Sinharaja Forest Reserve. It is ideal for nature lovers whom are eagerly looking for sites to explore and study the natural bio diversities and eco systems. Gradually the forest is a home to endemic medicinal plants, animals, birds and reptiles that living together under the widely expanded canopy of the forest. The dry zone forest is ideal for bird watching and sightseeing.

Destination: Galle     Drive: Approximately 5 ½ hour (210km)

Since Portuguese were reached to Ceylon unexpectedly, they have influenced to develop, change and improve our culture. Especially the city of Galle has influenced with Dutch and Portuguese architecture very much. The first attraction is the Galle fort which was declared as a UNESCO world heritage site in Sri Lanka. Significantly it had been marked in the Ptolemy’s world map illustrated around 125-150 A.D.

Day 07

Destination: Mt. Lavinia      Drive: Approximately 3 Hours (104km)

Enjoy the breakfast and get ready to head for Mt. lavinia in other words Galkissa. The coastal shore can be easily reached from Colombo. The sandy beach is credited as a paradise to stroll. You can ask for more views around Colombo from your chauffeur.

Day 08

Destination: Airport    Drive: Approximately 1 Hour (44 km)

Now that you are at the end of your journey with us, after breakfast your chauffeur will comfortably take you to the airport in order to catch your flight and depart from beautiful Sri lanka.
